Actively engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community connections.
Manage relationships with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility and reach.
Assist with on-site events, including setup, coordination, and live coverage, as needed.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content creation, scheduling, and development of assets.
Write and edit clear, engaging copy for social media posts, marketing materials, and other communications.
Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms using scheduling tools.
This position may require occasional travel and availability for weekend or evening assignments, as needed.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, for on-site events.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous engagement improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting project priorities.

Degree (or proven experience) in Digital Media Management, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college, university, or applicable program
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools
Good understanding of photography and design principles
Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), Dropbox, Canva, Adobe Express and/or Video and Image Editing Applications, Meta Platforms and management tools
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

• Sedentary work at office/desk workstation requiring exertion of negligible force continuously and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push or otherwise move objects.
• Flow of work and character of duties involve normal mental and visual attention much or all of the time.
• Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less with the ability to bring objects into sharp focus and distinguish colors.
• May be required to walk or stand for long periods of time.
